Proven Copy Frameworks

In This Section, You Will Learn:

  • • Why we use frameworks
  • • AIDA: The classic formula
  • • PAS: The most effective sales formula
  • • BAB: Before-After-Bridge
  • • When to use which framework

AIDA: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action

  • Best for: Landing pages, emails, video scripts.
  • 1. Attention: Hook them immediately. 'Stop losing money on ads.'
  • 2. Interest: Give facts/details that engage. '90% of ads fail because…'
  • 3. Desire: Show them the dream/result. 'Imagine getting leads for $1…'
  • 4. Action: Tell them what to do. 'Click here to buy.'

PAS: Problem, Agitation, Solution

  • The most reliable formula for selling anything. It taps into pain avoidance.
  • 1. Problem: State the issue clearly. 'Is your laptop getting slow?'
  • 2. Agitation: Make it hurt emotionally. 'It hangs right before your deadine. You lose your work. You look unprofessional.'
  • 3. Solution: Present your product as the only fix. 'Get the X1 Speed Booster today.'
  • Why it works: It validates the user's feelings before selling.

BAB: Before – After – Bridge

  • Best for: Social media posts, short emails.
  • 1. Before: Describe the current bad situation.
  • 2. After: Describe the wonderful future situation.
  • 3. Bridge: Explain how your product gets them from Before to After.
